• Payment Upon Completion: Payment is collected in person or via an agreed-upon invoicing method only after the requested service has been successfully rendered to your satisfaction.

• Provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the work area, including moving fragile or valuable items prior to our arrival.
• Ensure an adult (18 years or older) is present at the property during the service appointment to authorize the work.
